Australian Cricket Chief Executive Kevin Roberts who visited Pakistan, Talking to media after arriving in Sydney. He expressed about satisfaction over the security situation in Pakistan and said that if everything was going well, the team could be visit to Pakistan in 2022 but we are not to hurry up till we have time. The purpose of the visit was to look at things closely and observe the situation, which will further improve relations with the Pakistan Cricket Board and Australian Cricket Board.
Kevin Roberts said: "We want the revival of international cricket in Pakistan, but that doesn't mean that our team visit Pakistan, without having to look at all the aspects, slowly and gradually have keeping eyes on things. We have a lot of time before that tour. Of course, the safety of the players and the support staff is our top priority, and certainly the reports of security experts will be kept in mind before the tour.
In February 2022, the Australian team will visit to Pakistan. Pakistan will host for the two Tests, three ODIs and three Twenty20I matches.
Kevin Roberts was also accompanied by security expert Shaun Kerr in Islamabad for his one-day visit. It was a long time after the first visit by Australian officials to Pakistan.
