Richard Ellingworth, Umpire and Shoaib Raza Forth will be the umpires in the match.
Andy Pye Craft will take over as match referee at Pindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi from December 11 to 15.
Jeff Crowe has been appointed match referee for the second Test, which runs from December 19 to 23, while Bruce Oxenford and Joel Wilson will take on the on-field umpires.
The second test match scheduled at the National Stadium Karachi will be Gregory Brethweight third umpire and Ahsan Raza Fourth umpire.
Michael Gough and Joel Wilson have previously served as umpires in a one-day series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
